Approval Guidelines

Minimum Requirements for ICES Approval

Consultant Qualifications

The primary consultant should possess a minimum educational background of HSC (+2), a recognized Degree, or a Diploma qualification.

Distance Limits

There are absolutely no distance constraints. Any educational consultant can apply and obtain official approval with ICES.

Office Space

Must maintain a functional office workspace ranging from 160 to 500 square feet and above, situated in a professional location.

Staff Requirements

Office Incharge: 1 Person
Tele Calling Staff: 3 Persons

Infrastructure Needed

PC/Laptop Systems: 1 Set
Office Tables & Chairs: 1 + 9 Sets

ICES Approval Fees

A one-time professional registration and approval fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Non-Refundable).

Annual Renewal Fees

Yearly maintenance and renewal of the consultancy certification is Rs. 5,000/- (Non-Refundable).
